Dive into the immersive world of The National Aquarium Abu Dhabi, a mesmerizing aquatic wonder that stands as the largest aquarium in the Middle East. Here, a breathtaking spectacle unfolds across 10 zones, where 46,000 animals from diverse habitats come together in a harmonious dance of life.
Within this aquatic haven, more than 200 sharks and rays, representing 25 different species, gracefully navigate the expansive tanks. The journey spans from the tropical waters of the Pacific and the lush freshwaters of the Amazon to the frozen landscapes of the Arctic and the mysterious caves of the Mediterranean. This underwater tapestry is meticulously cared for by a dedicated team of 80 sea-life experts, ensuring the well-being of every inhabitant.
The National Aquarium goes beyond being a mere showcase of marine life; it stands as an educational hub at its core. A specialized department is devoted to fostering learning, enhancing environmental awareness, and has the capacity to welcome up to 50,000 students annually. It is a place where the magic of the underwater world comes alive, inspiring curiosity and understanding.
Nestled in the Rabdan Area along the historic natural waterway, The National Aquarium is one of the 11 Anchors in Al Qana, destined to be one of Abu Dhabi's most unique and iconic destinations. Positioned with convenient access from Abu Dhabi island and neighboring five-star hotels, this development is a prime location for residents and tourists alike.
