Above rate is inclusive of all taxes except 'Tourism Dirham. The Dubai Government has implemented a Tourism Dirham fee, applicable to all stays at hotel establishments in Dubai since March 31, 2014. This fee, charged on a per room per night basis, will be collected by the hotel establishment at check-out. The rates are as follows:

·         3 Star Hotel: AED 10.00 or USD 4 per room per night.

• Child below 3 years is free of cost, however visa fee and child seats charges may apply if requested.

• Visas can be processed for families, couples & groups at an additional cost of USD 99 per person. The visa cost may vary depending on the nationality.

• Advance full or at least 50% payment required to confirm the booking. 
• If your travel date is after three months you have the option to pay in installments 25% each installment. However, please ensure that your full payment must be paid at least 7 days before your arrival in Dubai.
• Payment can be done online via visa/master card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer account in available. 

We highly recommend making prior bookings to avoid disappointment due to full occupancy or higher prices that may occur when booking at the last moment.
